Our own Beef (whole, half or quarter) and locally raised Pork (by the half) cut to your specifications to fill your freezer.
At our Illinois State Inspected plant we do custom processing of Beef, Pork, Lamb and Goat. Deer processing with several kinds of sausages and slim jims is also available.
Full Service Catering is another service we provide. We offer many of our award winning meats along with delicious sides.
We are a dealer for Smoking Brothers Wood Pellet Grills. Also, we sell a full line of pellets, seasonings, rubs and BBQ sauces.
